better ways to work
subintern is an applied technology company building products and automation for knowledge work.
knowledge work is full of research, decisions, communication, and coordination. too much of it is spent reconstructing context, moving information between tools, and managing the work around the work.
we build products and custom automation that give that work a better shape. some systems handle a recurring task. others connect an entire workflow. all of them begin with how the work actually happens.
ai and agents are useful tools, but they are not the category. sometimes the right answer is an agent; sometimes it is a search index, a dashboard, a rule, or a better interface. the system should fit the work.
we measure the result in practical terms: less repetition, fewer dropped handoffs, clearer decisions, and more time for the work that needs human judgment.
